Kirsty has provided an invaluable service at a time when we were getting nowhere with our landlord on a range of issues from service charge, site operation, insurance cover and costs, maintenance, etc. She was able to not only open a dialogue with a reluctant landlord (which had eluded us!) but to also pull masses of information together, simplify it all and navigate us through what is a complex area if you are not used to it. Lease renewal
I worked with Kirsty last year on the negotiations of a new lease for our retail premises in Royston. I was very pleased with the result, which gave us a saving of 12.5% on the original lease plus a six-month rent free period for the first 5 years of the 10-year lease.
A break clause after 5 years was also agreed. This was achieved as a result of Kirsty's professional experience of the retail rent situation and her wide knowledge of how to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

The process was virtually pain free and Kirsty kept us informed on a timely basis throughout the negotiations. I can wholeheartedly recommend her services.

New Lease for Dr Hadwen Trust
I instructed Kirsty to act for the Dr Hadwen Trust in order to negotiate the terms of a lease on a rental property for the charity's first retail shop. I am very glad I did.  Working with Kirsty has meant that the terms of our lease now work well for both the Dr Hadwen Trust and our landlord.
Kirsty was an excellent communicator, and liaised brilliantly with our legal counsel and building surveyor, and she kept us fully informed of proceedings.
